The right space, in a building made for something else.
Churches, ministries and businesses often find the right location in the wrong building. Cornerstone turns it into the space you need.
A Class B license, and the experience behind it.
Most custom home builders are licensed for residential work only. Mark holds a Class B contractor license from the Pikes Peak Regional Building Department (PPRBD #21880), which qualifies Cornerstone for commercial construction and renovation. Cornerstone is fully insured, with $1M in liability coverage.
That’s rare for a builder of Cornerstone’s size. It means one design-build partner, with Mark on site, for work that usually goes to a large commercial contractor.

Designed and built by Cornerstone: stucco and stone, covered balconies for every upper unit, and a street presence that fits the neighborhood.
