We are Cornerstone Design, Build. Our company was founded in in Ravenna, Ohio in 1989 by Mark Gilliland and it has grown and developed over the years to provide for his growing family of 7 children. Cornerstone started with indoor and outdoor remodeling projects but quickly expanded to start building homes and businesses.

The Gilliland family moved to Colorado Springs in 2009 and Cornerstone Design, Build moved alongside. Still led by Mark, Cornerstone has worked with a number of large-scale developers, small families, and independent business owners to build their homes, businesses, apartment buildings, and commercial properties.
